Shipping & Returns

Product Availability, Delivery and Transfer of Title.

Since Revitalabs is servicing customers all over North America all items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service either Parcel Post or Priority mail other shipping methods may be used in the future at the discretion of Revitalabs.  All in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days.

Revitalabs will deliver the product(s) you ordered upon receipt of full payment for the purchase. The product(s) will be delivered to the address you provided at the time of the order. We will make good faith efforts to deliver the product(s) in a safe and timely fashion, however, we are not responsible for and disclaim any responsibility for events beyond our control including, without limitation, acts of God, transportation, mechanical or other system failures or interruptions, weather conditions, strikes or other business interruptions, or acts of public authorities, including customs and health officials, that prevent or delay shipment.

Delivery of a product is subject to the rules of the United States Postal Service or other carrier as directed by Revitalabs, in particular, those covering signature acknowledging receipt of the product. If you are absent from the delivery point designated by you at the time of delivery, it is your responsibility to recover the products according to the rules of the shipping company that is attempting to make delivery to you.

Return and Refund Policy.
Since we are dealing with dietary supplements and nutraceuticals we will only accept unopened factory sealed containers within 30 days of receipt for refunds or a fulfillment error.

Damaged Product(s).
If any product you ordered is damaged upon receipt, simply return the remaining, damaged item to us within thirty (30) calendar days of the date in which the product arrived at your designated location, and we will replace it for you at no additional charge.
